Sheriff Ingle and Chief Deputy Corkren attend the Alabama District Attorneys Association Conference in Orange Beach, AL. During the conference the Fayette County Drug Awareness vehicle is displayed. Sheriff Ingle thanked the ADAA for allowing the use of the ZeroMeth logo in his program.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office has added a Drug Awareness vehicle to their fight against drugs. The 1982 Cadillac Hearse is equipped with flat screen monitors in each side window for viewing of anti-drug videos. The casket is equiped with a camera and monitor so that the person looking into the casket sees their own image lying in the casket. This vehicle is available to schools, churchs, and civic groups. Contact the sheriff's office to schedule an appointment.

Adam Wright and Ruby Sizemore were arrested and charged with Manufacturing Controlled Substance 1st degree and Trafficking in Methamphetamine.

Fayette County Sheriff Rodney Ingle receives the following judgement from the Circuit Court of Fayette County, Alabama. The Merit System Board of Fayette County has no jurisdiction or authority over the Sheriff of Fayette County and his deputies and employees. Therefore the Sheriff may use his discretion in the hiring, dismissal and or disciplinary action of deputies and employees of the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.
